Visual Mold Inspection

Every standard home inspection includes a visual mold inspection to look for visible signs of mold-like growth and moisture conditions that may contribute to microbial activity on accessible interior surfaces.

In addition to visual observation, thermal imaging and moisture meters may be used as screening tools to help identify elevated moisture conditions when present.

This inspection is non-invasive and does not include mold sampling, laboratory testing, or confirmation of mold type or concentration.
