Visual Roof Inspection
Every standard home inspection includes a visual roof inspection at no additional cost. Our inspection evaluates visible roof coverings, flashing, penetrations, and drainage components from accessible ground, ladder, roof-edge, or other safe vantage points to help identify signs of damage, deterioration, or improper installation.
Roof inspections are visual in nature and do not include destructive testing or walking roofs when unsafe or inaccessible.
